CREAM CHEESE CANDY 
1 c. butter
1 c. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered dry milk
1/2 c. shortening

Flavor - choose:

1/4 tsp. peppermint or to taste
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. coconut

Have butter and cheese at room temperature. Mix ingredients with a spoon. You may use a mixer, but it may get too soft. Use your choice of flavor. Chill about 1 hour.

Suggested shapes are:

Peppermint in patties
Peanut butter in eggs
Coconut in balls

Last coat with carob.
