CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lbs. pork, 1 1/2 lb. veal, and 1 lb. beef

Meat is to be cut in small pieces. 2 cans bean sprouts 1 can mushrooms (fresh may be used)

Brown meat in butter, butter, or bacon drippings. Add 1 small jar of bead molasses with an equal amount of water. Add 1 small bottle of soy sauce.

1 1/2 cups celery, cut up, and 1 sweet onion, cut up. Brown in butter. Mix all ingredients in large stock pot. Add flour and water to desired consistency for gravy. Cook for 1 1/2 hours over low fire. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice. Additional soy sauce on the table.
