BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. veal and 1 lb. pork cut in small pieces and brown in 2 lbs. oil
2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onions, brown slightly

Add:

1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water
1 c. brown rice
1 can mushroom and liquid

Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Add more liquid (water or broth) if necessary. Good grade of beef can be used.
