CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. pork - 1 lb. veal (or 2 lbs. Chop Suey meat)
1 1/2 c. onions
2 tbsp. Chop Suey Sauce
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. celery
2 tbsp. molasses
Cornstarch

Cook meat in fat until tender. Add other ingredients. Cover and cook until onions and celery are tender. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve on rice.
