CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. stew meat
1 lb. pork steak
3 or more lg. onions
1 bunch celery
Water, add at all times
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
Reg or dark molasses, 1/3-1/2 c.

Cook meats, onion and celery then add rest of ingredients adding water when needed 1-1 1/2 hours. Add flour to thicken. Serve over rice.
