QUICK CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery
1 c. onion

Brown beef, celery and onion.

2 c. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. molasses

Simmer all ingredients 1/2 hour. Add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon sugar. Salt to taste. Thicken with paste of 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 4 tablespoons water. Add 1 can bean sprouts or chop suey vegetables, drained.
