CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
3/4 tsp. curry powder
4 chicken breasts
Cheese Ritz crackers

Boil chicken until tender (about 35 minutes). Strip meat from the bones, keeping large sections intact. Cook and drain broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Combine and pour into buttered casserole dish. Crush cracker crumbs and spread over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until time for cooking.
