Easy and tasty. I used this recipe in a Bundt pan but with a white caked and added 2 tbsp. cocoa to the last half of the batter to make a marbled cake. Topped with powder sugar - great light cake.

Super Yummy! Very nice texture. The tiny banana seeds make this look like it was made from scratch. Great compliments on this cake. No one would ever guess that it started from a cake mix. I made a banana cream as my filling. Banana cream was made by starting with your standard buttercream icing recipe and adding milk to loosen the texture to creamy. Add Banana Extract (I used McCormick brand) to taste preference. And a touch of yellow food coloring gel (optional) just to make it look light yellow.

I had six over-ripe bananas, and did not want to make the same old Banana Bread. I found this recipe and gave it a shot. I used a white cake mix (didn't have yellow)... AWESOME cake! Super moist, and great banana flavor. I baked it in a Bundt pan, and planned to drizzle a chocolate glaze over it, but it started disappearing before I had a chance! :)

I used a butter pecan cake mix. This was very good with the bananas! Also made banana frosting by adding banana to powdered sugar before adding any other liquids. It was a hit!

I used 1/2 cup of coffee and a touch of water... after all bananas and coffee are both tropical fruits! it came out great! I think the two complement each other very well!
