GRANDMA'S OLD FASHIONED COCONUT
PIE
 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
3 eggs
2 c. coconut
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour

Beat sugar and butter until creamy. Add eggs and beat. Add coconut, milk and flour. Pour in 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Cook, about 350 degrees, in moderate oven until firm.
