1 can Spam (chopped or grated)
1 box AuGratin potatoes
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli

Mix AuGratin potatoes as directed on box. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes. Add Spam and broccoli. Stir well. Return it to microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes more. Stir and leave it set for 5 minutes and then serve. Quick meal. Makes 4 servings.
