CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 1/2 c. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Lawry's seasoning salt

Cut chicken into chunks, dip in butter and roll in crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet. Then sprinkle with Lawry's seasoning salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of your chunks and your desired crispness of the chicken. Yield: 4 servings.
