ORANGE ROLLS 
1 c. butter or shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Mix together and add 1 c. boiling water. Dissolve 2 yeast packages in 1/2 c. very warm water. Add to first mixture. Add:

4 eggs
1 c. cool water
7 1/2 c. flour

Place in refrigerator overnight or for 5-6 hours.

In morning, roll out 1/4 inch thick. Spread with:

Rind of 2 oranges, grated
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar

Let rise 2-3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until brown.

ALTERNATE SPREADS:

1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter and cinnamon
Any flavor jam or jelly
3/4 c. butter
