1 lg. can art hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with crackers.
