PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops (number per size family)
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chops in eggs, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with crumbs and cheese mixture. Fry in oil or shortening until brown. Put in casserole or pan and bake for 35 minutes turning once.
