EASY EGG CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, cubed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs
2 c. milk

Combine ingredients in a covered casserole dish, reserving part of cheese to spread on top. Refrigerate overnight. Set out one hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 4-6.
