SOUR CREAM BRAN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. unsalted butter (1 stick)
1/4 c. brown sugar or honey
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. molasses
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. bran
1/4 c. wheat germ

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt into bowl. Cream butter, beat in sugar or honey, add egg. Beat until well combined. Add sour cream, raisins and molasses. Gently stir in flour mixture, fold in bran and wheat germ.

Mixture should be slightly lumpy. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin.
