FRIED RICE 
1 lb. UNCLE BEN'S® rice, cooked (do not add salt or butter)
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 carrots
1 lb. hamburger meat
Dash salt and pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
Soy sauce to taste

Cook in a skillet all the above ingredients. Add soy sauce to taste.
