SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell, 9 inch
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 c. peeled, sliced tart apples

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla; cream together until smooth. Add apples, pour into unbaked pie shell.

To Make Topping: Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; cut in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
