SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 country spare ribs
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Brown meat and next 4 ingredients. When brown, take out sausage: 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 3 cans water (2 1/2 oz.) cans Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. parsley

Add tomato sauce to the rest of ingredients that is browned. Cook on low heat for 1 hour. Add sausage and cook for 1 1/2 hours more. If you are having meatballs, add them now. Cook 1 1/2 hours more. Stir often. Leave wooden spoon on kettle, then put cover on.
