MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
Salt & pepper to taste
2 sm. cloves garlic
1 sm. onion
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
2 ribs celery, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 boiled eggs

Chop onion and celery. Mince garlic and parsley; set aside. Mix eggs and bread crumbs. Add meat to this and mix thoroughly with hands. Add garlic, onions, salt, pepper, celery, parsley and Kitchen Bouquet; mix thoroughly. Roll into loaf with boiled eggs in the middle. Bake in greased, shallow pan for 2 hours at 250 degrees. Serves 4-6 people.
