GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup sugar
graham crackers
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bring butter and sugar to boil. Boil for 1 minute; let cool. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and lay graham crackers on top. Pour butter mixture over crackers and sprinkle with pecans.

Bake for 10 minutes.
