GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix first four ingredients and boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Cover bottom of 9"x12" pan with whole graham crackers and cover with filling. Top with another layer of whole graham crackers. Top with icing of 1/2 stick butter, 2 tablespoons canned milk, 1/2 box powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Refrigerate and cut in squares. Cover with foil.
