SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE SKILLET 
2 c. rotini or other spiral pasta
12 oz. sweet Italian sausage links, sliced 1/2-inch thick
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 (14.5 oz.) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. chicken broth
1 (14 oz.) can cut green Italian beans, drained
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Provolone cheese

Cook pasta and drain. Meanwhile, brown sausage in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes; drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, broth and beans. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Stir in pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
