GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1/4 c. butter
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
Grated cheese (Velveeta) to cover

Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add the beef and brown. Add flour, salt, and mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly, simmer about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, and set aside while preparing 1/2 package of curly noodles. Drain noodles, and layer noodles with meat mixture in casserole. Finish with meat on top and grate cheese to cover the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
