CURRIED RICE PILAF 
2 onions, cut fine
Butter
1 box brown rice
6 bouillon cubes with water, as directed on box
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Cut onions fine, saute in butter. When they look clear put in brown rice together until golden brown. Add bouillon cubes to water as directed on box. Boil. Add this to curry powder and rice mixture. Fluff rice several times approximately 20 to 25 minutes on low heat. Add chunk of butter before serving.
