CURRIED TURKEY AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. cooked turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 c. chopped celery
3/8 c. rice
1/8 c. parsley
1 1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together turkey, soup and remaining ingredients except butter and bread crumbs. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until rice is cooked and hot and bubbly.

In saucepan melt butter, stir in bread crumbs, set aside. When casserole is hot and bubbly, sprinkle with crumb mixture and bake another 15 minutes, until golden brown.
