TURKEY OLIVE CURRY 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. diced turkey
1/2 c. ripe olives, pitted
Chow mein noodles

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add flour, salt, curry powder and crumbled bouillon cube. Cook until bubbling. Slowly add milk. Keep stirring until thickened. Add turkey and olives. Heat a little longer and served over chow mein noodles.
