CURRIED TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
3 slices wheat bread (cubed)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. peeled minced ginger root
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix and form in 1-inch balls. Bake in vegetable sprayed pan for 20 minutes. Serve with sauce: 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. curry powder

Serve this sauce warm.
