TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in flour. Saute in butter or oil for about 15 minutes. Combine with favorite sauce; or make a light gravy and serve over rice or noodles.
