SESAME CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. water
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
Plum sauce

Cut chicken into large strips or 8 small portions. In a shallow dish, stir together egg and water. In another dish combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds, and ginger. Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in crumb mixture, coating evenly. In a 10 inch skillet, heat oils. Add chicken. Cook over medium high heat about 5 to 8 minutes per side or until done through. Serve with plum sauce. Plum Sauce: combine 1/2 cup plum jam or jelly, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. cornstarch and 1/2 tsp. onion powder. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
