OVEN FRIED SESAME CHICKEN | |
3 tbsp. sesame seeds 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 chicken breasts (about 2 lb.) skinned 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. reduced calorie butter, melted Combine sesame seeds, flour and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into soy sauce; dredge in sesame seed mixture. Arrange chicken, bone side down, in a large shallow baking dish; drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Yield: 4 servings (about 221 calories per serving.) |
