SESAME CHICKEN PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. pineapple chunks in juice
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
2 c. cooked spiral pasta
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 chicken
2 tbsp. diced green onion
2 c. broccoli florets, steamed 4 minutes
1/3 c. red pepper strips
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Combine with oil, honey, soy, ginger and garlic in a jar and shake to mix.

Combine pineapple, pasta, chicken and onions. Toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Add broccoli, red pepper and toss well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes 4 servings.
