HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 onion, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 Hi-Ho (type) crackers
1/3 c. milk

SAUCE:

1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 2/3 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix first 10 ingredients. Form into balls. Brown in 2 tablespoons salad oil. Cook through.

In saucepan combine remaining 6 ingredients. Cook until thickened, stir constantly. Add meatballs, 2 cups pineapple chunks and 2 green peppers cut into bite-size pieces (can add some red pepper for color). Cook together 5 minutes or until fruit is well heated. Makes 4-6 servings.
