HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 med. onion
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. milk

Mix and shape into balls. Brown in cooking oil. Remove and drain.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (13 oz.) pineapple

Mix and simmer meatballs in sauce 30-45 minutes.
