MEATBALLS HAWAIIAN 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (reserve syrup)
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2/3 c. Dairy Rich

SAUCE:

1/2 c. syrup from pineapple
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook all ingredients, for the sauce, over moderate heat until smooth, thickened and clear. Combine beef or turkey, onion, bread crumbs, parsley seasonings, egg and dairy rich. Mix to blend. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Divide into meatballs and place one tidbit in center. Place 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons oil, 1/8 teaspoon curry powder in a heavy skillet and heat. Brown meatballs in this mixture. Pour off fat and add the sauce. Stir gently until sauce becomes thick.

If you want raves, make this wonderful meatball. It takes some work, but I just sit down at the table, watch T.V. and before you know it they are all prepared.
