CABBAGE-CARROT SOUP 
1 head green cabbage, cut up
1 bag carrots (or bunch fresh carrots)
Several stalks celery or bok choy (or both!)
1 sm. box unsalted frozen peas
Mushrooms, cut up
2 onions
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. "taste good" protein powder
Potato water, vegetable stock or both

Available in co-ops or health food stores; some of these powders taste awful, so make sure you ask the manager if the kind you're buying "tastes good." Usually, it will be a golden color and not be dense in weight.

Cook garlic and onions in stock until thoroughly cooked, then add all cut up vegetables and peas. After soup boils, stir in protein powder until completely dissolved. This soup can be frozen.
