ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form balls and place in Pyrex baking dish. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Add spaghetti sauce and serve.
