3 c. Softasilk cake flour 3 c. sugar 7 eggs, separated 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 1/2 sticks butter Before starting, grease and flour large tube cake pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Next, put all ingredients in large mixing bowl, start on low speed, gradually increasing speed to high. After batter is well beaten, fold in egg whites. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
