SWISS STEAK 
1 round steak, cut into 4 or 5 pieces

Roll pieces in flour and pound. Put into hot pan with grease to brown. Place in baking dish and add onion. Place 1 can of whole tomatoes over and tomato juice if too dry. Salt and pepper.

Let bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Be sure meat is covered with juice and add liquid as needed.
