CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
8 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1 c. butter
Broccoli, fresh or frozen
1 c. mushroom soup
1 lg. container sour cream
A little milk
Dry Italian salad dressing
1 sm. bag grated cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli in microwave for 4 minutes. Saute chicken in butter and a package of Italian salad dressing.

Mix together 1 cup mushroom soup, 1 large container sour cream and milk. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese before the last 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
