CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI | |
8 chicken breasts, skinned & boned 1 c. butter Broccoli, fresh or frozen 1 c. mushroom soup 1 lg. container sour cream A little milk Dry Italian salad dressing 1 sm. bag grated cheddar cheese Cook broccoli in microwave for 4 minutes. Saute chicken in butter and a package of Italian salad dressing. Mix together 1 cup mushroom soup, 1 large container sour cream and milk. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese before the last 10 minutes. |
