OVERNIGHT BUNS 
Cinnamon Rolls - 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Buns - 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

4 c. water
2 c. sugar

Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 cup lard or shortening. Cool until lukewarm, then add:

2 pkg. or 4 tsp. yeast
4 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. salt

Add flour enough to make dough. Let rise. Punch down. Raise again. Make buns or rolls. Let rise overnight.

Same here! Lost in the Minot flood were all my own and my mother's recipes and cookbooks. Overnight buns were a favorite that I just haven't been able to get quite right since without that recipe card and the notes on it.
