SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 or 2 c. cornflakes, crumbled

Put part of melted butter in mixture, the rest in the 1 or 2 cups crushed cornflakes. Put cornflakes over top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until done and brown. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan, as this is a big size.
