MEXICAN CHEESE DIP 
1 oz. can diced green chilies
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz. pimento, drained, optional
1 tbsp. water
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. Lawry's green onion dip mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. butter, softened.

Mix all ingredients together. Spread into a mold or form into mold shape. Refrigerate. Remove from mold before serving and present with crackers and carrot, celery, cucumber, zucchini, tomato.
