1 can prepared apple pie filling
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Beat 2 to 3 minutes with a portable mixer. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar when cool.
