SQUASH AND STUFFING 
2 lb. yellow squash, zucchini or broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 tbsp. pimento

Cook and drain vegetable. Mix with other ingredients. Mix together:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm Dressing
1 stick butter, melted

In dish, layer squash, dressing, squash, dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serves 12.
