FRESH BANANA & PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 lg. bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and pineapple. Mix in sifted flour, spices and soda. Stir in bananas; diced and nuts. Pour mixture into 9 x 12 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Delicious unfrosted or topped with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
