3/4 c. diced bacon
1 lg. onion, diced
5 c. green beans
2 med. potatoes, diced
3/4 c. water
6 c. milk

Brown bacon and onion in frying pan. Add green beans, potatoes and water. Cover to steam. Add milk and salt and pepper to taste. Thicken with cornstarch.
