1 gallon apple cider
1 lg. orange (whole)
48 whole cloves
4 sticks cinnamon
Juice of one lemon
2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar

Take the whole orange and arrange the whole cloves in rows of eight around the orange.

Combine ingredients and place the prepared orange in the liquid. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the cider and serve hot.
