1 pkg. yellow cake mix without pudding
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg

Mix above together and press in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Then mix all ingredients below together:

2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Spread over cake mixture. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool cake in pan then cut into squares.
