CREAMY CHOCOLATE ICING 
1 c. brown sugar
3 oz. chocolate
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. canned milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners' sugar

Combine brown sugar, chocolate, salt and cream in pan. Bring to boiling point and leave on medium flame, about 5 minutes or until it is slightly thickened. Remove from fire, add butter and vanilla, cool slightly. Add confectioners' sugar to give spreading consistency. Beat until smooth. Good with 1 cup chopped walnuts.
